Who Are We?
Keenfolks is a Marketing Transformation Partner that operates as both a marketing agency and a technology company. Some engagements look like classic marketing transformation — content systems, brand campaigns, creative production at scale. Others are genuine technology builds — BI platforms on AWS Redshift, custom data pipelines, AI agent orchestration (Claude, GPT, Perplexity working together), automated content-generation stacks. We work with leading global brands including Mars, Reckitt, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, and Diageo.
Role Overview
This role owns day-to-day delivery for one of Keenfolks' long-term enterprise client engagements — Reckitt — run as an ongoing managed-services relationship against a defined monthly scope of hours and deliverables. You'll sit between the client's business and technology stakeholders and our technical delivery team, responsible for keeping execution on scope, on budget, and on schedule. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on structure, ownership, and steady account partnership — not a one-off project sprint.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of the engagement, keeping work aligned with the agreed scope, monthly hours, and budget.
Track and report team utilization and burn against contracted capacity, supporting account reporting.
Identify scope creep, resourcing gaps, and delivery risks proactively, and escalate with clear options.
Drive internal coordination across creative, data/analytics, technology, and strategy teams supporting the account.
Demonstrate strong English communication skills at a C1 level, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead client meetings, present project updates, discuss technical topics, manage difficult conversations, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Team & Agile Delivery
Coordinate a cross-functional technical delivery team (developers, tech leads, and data analysts), assigning work, unblocking issues, and keeping sprints and roadmaps on track.
Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and maintain current documentation: backlogs, status reports, and an account knowledge base.
Manage transitions when staffing or scope changes, onboarding new team members and transferring institutional knowledge to protect continuity.
Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring the right technical profiles are assigned to each workstream and that capacity is effectively planned against project demand, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor team utilization, workload, availability, and capacity requirements, proactively identifying resource constraints, risks, and staffing needs.
Own project and capacity reporting, providing clear visibility into delivery status, resource utilization, timelines, risks, dependencies, financials, and overall project health.
Establish and maintain project governance, including planning, milestones, RAID tracking, status reporting, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up on action items.
Client & Account Partnership
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders across both business and IT/technology functions, managing expectations and surfacing risks early.
Partner with account leadership on renewals, scope changes, and new proposals.
Develop and maintain executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and project performance updates for both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in project management
Project/program management experience in a digital, technology consulting, or agency environment, ideally on large or enterprise accounts.
Experience working with D2C platforms, content platforms, loyalty programs, and platform analytics.
Direct experience running ongoing managed-services or support engagements (recurring scope and hours), not only one-off project delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable with both business sponsors and technical teams.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Azure DevOps.
Comfortable working with clients based in the USA across time zones, with distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's a plus).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
