Role Overview ⚡️
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ciudad de México. The ideal candidate has experience managing data engineering, analytics, and AI projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams while delivering high-quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities 🧑🚀
Technical Project Management
Lead proposal preparation and budgeting, ensuring accurate financial forecasts.
· Oversee project execution management, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Act as the main client-facing contact for project-related communications.
· Drive internal coordination between cross-functional teams.
PMO Governance
· Develop and enforce structural PMO guidelines across the organization.
· Implement Integrated Project Management (IPM) standards.
· Define and maintain global operations guidelines.
· Partner with Finance for productive co-ownership of project costs, budgets, and profitability.
Operations Leadership
· Lead process realignment initiatives to improve efficiency.
· Redefine and align roles and responsibilities across teams.
· Drive platforms realignment, ensuring tools and systems support operational excellence.
Qualifications 🖥️
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s a plus).
· 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or operations roles.
· Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and client communication.
· Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance, and global operations guidelines.
· Experience with change management, process optimization, and systems alignment.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
