Role Overview ⚡️

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ciudad de México. The ideal candidate has experience managing data engineering, analytics, and AI projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams while delivering high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities 🧑‍🚀

• Lead end-to-end project management for data and AI-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: data engineers, analysts, software developers, and marketing specialists.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients.
• Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Align with global teams (Mexico, Barcelona, USA) for seamless execution.

What You Bring 🎯

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in data, software, or AI environments.
• Strong background in data infrastructure, ETL processes, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, BI tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of machine learning applications and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid at handling stakeholders and communicating in both Spanish and English.
