The Senior Account Manager plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, understanding strategic needs, and uncovering opportunities for organic growth. This person takes a proactive, analytical, and strategic approach to client success—anticipating needs before they arise. Centralize communication flows across teams and clients.

Contribute to organizational goals while maintaining best practices.
Mentor and guide Account Executives.
Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and strategic support.
Lead and prepare client meetings: agendas, anticipated questions, proposed solutions, minutes, and action plans.
Identify key stakeholders, KPIs, and project success metrics.
Report on digital campaigns (advertising, social media, and more).
Create presentations and performance reports to communicate insights.
Develop digital-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Manage client challenges and navigate complex conversations with confidence.
Promote new initiatives and solutions to generate organic account growth.
Define project scope, objectives, and strategy.
Oversee end-to-end project execution and tactical planning.
Build and manage project timelines involving cross-functional teams.
Prioritize tasks and coordinate schedules efficiently.
Collaborate with Data, Creative, Martech, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, and more.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, timing, and performance KPIs.
Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and propose improvements.
Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
Manage risks and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain ClickUp under team direction and track project budgets.
Oversee Account Executives and support their professional growth.
Foster a productive, learning-driven environment that minimizes turnover.
Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Address emerging issues swiftly and effectively.
Report daily and weekly on task progress.
Communicate monthly/quarterly initiative performance to stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance customer experience.
Participate in brainstorming, meetings, and program development for clients and prospects.
Share knowledge and support other teams to encourage best practices.
Support new business prospecting and full-cycle sales activities.
Identify new partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights for account growth.
Excellent time management and communication (written & verbal).
Strong interpersonal abilities and resourcefulness.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Knowledge of SEO, data analytics, web performance, and digital/offline project management.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
Master’s in Digital Marketing (nice to have).
7+ years in client-facing roles.
Experience managing and mentoring teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in CRM tools; quick to learn new systems.
Ability to travel to meet clients when required.
Experience using AI tools to automate workflows.
Soft skills: problem anticipation, conflict resolution, prioritization, effective communication and managing deliverable bottlenecks.
