Role Overview 💫

As Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across a variety of media platforms, including video, animation, graphics, and interactive design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to produce high-quality content that supports brand awareness, campaigns, and other digital initiatives.

Responsibilities 🧑‍🚀

Desig: multimedia content, including videos, animations, motion graphics, web design elements, and interactive media.

Collaborate: with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and deliver visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and goals.

Create: engaging video and animation content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.Edit and enhance video and audio, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Develop: Graphics and layouts for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and email marketing.

Work with other designers and team members to ensure consistency in visual style and messaging across all media.

Stay up to date: Emerging technologies, and software to continuously improve your design skills and the quality of output.

Manage multiple design projects: Ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements 🎯

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably digital
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Motion Graphic Designer, or similar role with a portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, 3D design, and animation.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and user experience (UX).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
