ABOUT THE ROLE
Keenfolks is the Integrative AI® agency — a marketing partner built for the Age of Intelligence. We work with global enterprise brands including Coca-Cola, Diageo, Kellanova, and Reckitt, and we’re now launching Keenfolks Worldwide as the first AI-native global marketing agency network.
This is a hybrid Marketing & Sales role — the person who owns our go-to-market engine. You will build and run Keenfolks’ marketing and outbound sales operation from end to end: from brand presence and PR to pipeline generation using the latest agentic AI tools. You live at the intersection of creativity and commercial impact.
This is not a siloed marketing role. You will be expected to own leads from first touch to qualified conversation — running campaigns that generate interest, then following through with AI-powered outreach that converts it into pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Marketing
• Manage Keenfolks’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X — content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
• Plan and execute PR campaigns: press releases, media outreach, award submissions, and journalist relationships
• Own the Keenfolks website: content updates, landing pages, and performance optimisation
• Lead SEO strategy and execution — on-page, technical, and content-driven organic growth
• Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) — ensuring Keenfolks appears prominently in AI-generated search results and LLM responses
• Plan and manage events: industry conferences, Keenfolks-hosted roundtables, webinars, and partner activations
• Run email marketing campaigns — newsletters, nurture sequences, and campaign-specific sends to segmented audiences
• Coordinate with the CEO and leadership on thought leadership content, speaking opportunities, and brand positioning
Sales
• Build and run outbound sales campaigns using agentic AI tools — automated prospecting, personalised outreach sequences, and lead qualification workflows
• Identify and research target accounts (enterprise CMOs, VPs Marketing, agency founders) using AI-powered research tools
• Own the top of the sales funnel: generate qualified conversations and hand off to the leadership team
• Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and weekly reporting on outbound performance
• Support proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations for active opportunities
• Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with agencies, technology platforms, and consultancies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
Strong advantages
• 3+ years in a B2B marketing role with sales responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media management
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools for outreach and automation (Clay, Apollo, or similar)
• Strong writer in English — can produce campaign copy, LinkedIn posts, and outreach messages
• Commercially minded: you care about pipeline, not just impressions
• Organised and autonomous — can manage multiple workstreams without losing quality
• Experience in an agency, SaaS, or MarTech environment
• Understanding of GEO and AI search optimisation
• Event planning and PR experience
• Spanish fluency
• Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
• Exposure to enterprise B2B sales cycles and buying committees
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
• Qualified conversations generated monthly from outbound campaigns
• Organic traffic and keyword ranking growth (SEO)
• LinkedIn follower growth and engagement rate (company page)
• Email campaign open and click-through rates
• Event attendance and post-event pipeline contribution
• GEO visibility — presence in AI-generated answers for target queries
