As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our agency's services and boost sales, enhance internal communication, and foster a positive company culture. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams to showcase our capabilities and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Branding:
Develop and maintain internal branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging across the organization.
Work closely with the design team to create marketing materials that reflect the agency's brand and values.
Communication Strategies:
Devise and execute internal communication plans to keep team members informed about company updates, achievements, and important announcements.
Facilitate regular communication channels such as newsletters, intranet updates, and team meetings.
Content Creation:
Develop and curate content for internal platforms, including articles, blog posts, and multimedia content that highlight the agency's expertise, projects, and achievements.
Internal Events:
Plan and execute internal events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and milestone events.
Ensure these events align with the agency's culture and contribute to a positive work environment.
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance.
Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, set realistic expectations, and regularly communicate performance metrics and insights.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve client objectives.
Monitor and report on campaign ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate insightful reports, highlighting key performance indicators and providing recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with other departments such as design, development, and sales to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to keep our agency ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
6+ years Proven experience in internal marketing, or related roles, in agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms like Hubspot
