THE ROLE
We're looking for a detail-oriented, energetic junior finance professional to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You'll work directly with our Finance Director, owning the day-to-day data entry, reconciliations, and operational tasks that keep our financial engine running clean.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to a fast-moving international agency and is hungry to learn.
Process and record vendor invoices, expenses, and client billing with accuracy and speed
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations on a regular basis
Maintain and update AR/AP records, ensuring data integrity at all times
Support monthly close with journal entries and ledger maintenance
Manage spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting templates across the finance function
Flag discrepancies early and follow through until resolved
Assist with cash flow tracking and treasury reporting
You have 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
You're confident in Excel: reconciliations, formulas, structured data don't intimidate you
You're precise, humble, and take ownership of your work

Hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 remote
