Role Overview 💫
As a Creative AI Specialist – Design & Motion, you will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality static and dynamic creative assets, combining strong design and motion foundations with advanced use of generative AI tools.
This role brings together creative concepting, motion design, video understanding, and AI-powered production into a single, autonomous profile. You’ll operate with high ownership and a senior mindset, turning complex briefs into clear, relevant, and globally scalable creative solutions — faster and smarter.
Own creative execution from brief to delivery across static, motion, and video formats.
Develop creative concepts, Key Visuals, and visual systems scalable across multiple formats.
Produce motion graphics and AI-driven video assets efficiently and at high quality.
Use generative AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining premium creative standards.
Adapt and scale assets for different channels, markets, and use cases.
Creative & Conceptual
Creative concept development and campaign rationale
Key Visual (KV) creation and visual system design
Visual storytelling across static and dynamic formats
Motion & Video
Motion graphics and animated assets
AI-driven video production (e.g. 30” / 60” TVCs)
Solid understanding of video editing and post-production workflows

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and creative production. Practical experience applying generative AI tools in real creative workflows (not experimental only).
Technical & Functional Skills:
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Solid understanding of motion design, animation principles, and video/post-production workflows.
Experience creating Key Visuals (KVs), visual systems, and multi-format creative assets.
Proficiency using generative AI tools for image, motion, and video production (e.g. Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik AI).
Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear, scalable visual solutions.
Soft Skills:
High level of autonomy and ownership of deliverables.
Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with a senior mindset.
Clear communication and openness to feedback.
English: Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1).
Proven ability to translate technical results into business insights.
