Keenfolks · Mexico City · Hybrid (2 days in office) · Full-time · Reports to the CEO
You've led client relationships at a global consultancy. You know how to turn a delivery engagement into a multi-year partnership, and how to originate the next one. Now imagine doing it with the founders one call away, a tech team that ships in weeks rather than quarters, and a portfolio of global brands that already trust us.
As our Client Partner for the Americas, you'll own Keenfolks' growth in the region: expanding our largest accounts, winning new ones, and shaping how AI transforms marketing for some of the world's biggest consumer brands. You'll own the client portfolio and the number, with a senior team behind you to deliver what you sell.
Keenfolks is a marketing transformation partner that sits between the creative agency and the big consultancy: we understand marketing like an agency and build like a technology company. Over eight years, from offices in Mexico City and Barcelona, we've partnered with Nestlé, Reckitt, Coca-Cola, Danone and Merck, working with both their CMOs and their CTOs.
In 2027, our focus is Content Factory: an AI-powered content supply chain that automates the full production process for multinationals, from research and strategy to asset creation, adaptation and localisation across markets, with a high level of platform personalisation for each client. Alongside it, we continue to deliver data, digital transformation and marketing technology programmes for our existing clients.
Be the senior partner to C-level stakeholders (CEO, CGO, CTO) at our largest global clients. Act as their trusted advisor on marketing and technology: diagnose where their content, data and marketing operations are holding back growth, bring a clear point of view, and turn it into a transformation roadmap they can act on. Lead executive business reviews, build the account plans, and grow today's engagements into multi-year programmes, with Content Factory at the centre of the 2027 agenda.
You'll lead the two Account Directors who manage day-to-day delivery, setting the strategic direction for each account, coaching them to spot and pursue growth opportunities, and working with our Strategy and Tech leads to shape, scope and price every proposal so it's one we can deliver profitably.
Own the regional pipeline from first conversation to signed SOW. Lead pitches, RFPs and executive presentations, position our solutions as clear business cases, and build the relationships, partnerships and visibility that open doors at new global brands. Together with the CEO, you'll define and deliver the regional revenue target.
You'll bring:
• Consultancy leadership. 8+ years in a consultancy or technology services firm (such as Accenture, Deloitte, Globant or similar), with recent experience leading client relationships at Senior Manager, Client Partner or equivalent level.
• A track record of growth. You've grown accounts and ideally originated new business, and you can walk us through the revenue you grew or won.
• Scoping and pricing experience. You've shaped, scoped and priced services engagements: the team, the effort, the budget and the SOW.
• Marketing and technology fluency. You're as credible with a CMO discussing content operations as you are with a CTO discussing data architecture, platforms and AI.
• Team leadership. You've led and coached client or account teams.
Nice to have: experience in content supply chain, martech or GenAI programmes; clients in consumer goods or pharma; experience across both Latin America and the US.
Logistics: full professional English and Spanish · based in Mexico City, working from our Polanco office 2 days a week · regular client visits and travel to the US.
At a large consultancy, you're one of hundreds of client leads. Here, you'll be one of the people shaping where the company goes next.
• Direct access. You'll report to the CEO and work side by side with the founders. Decisions take days, not committees.
• Real ownership. Your accounts, your pipeline, your team. No layers between you and the client, and your impact is visible in the numbers.
• Build, not inherit. You'll help shape the go-to-market for Content Factory as it scales across the Americas, and build the regional growth model from the ground up.
• The same calibre of clients. Global brands, C-level conversations and complex transformation programmes, without the bureaucracy around them.
• AI at the core. We've been building AI into marketing since before it was mainstream, and you'll be selling and shaping solutions that are genuinely at the frontier.
• Your experience is mainly in delivery or programme management, without responsibility for growing revenue
• You've sold mainly software licences or media, but haven't scoped and priced services engagements
• Your background is mainly creative, social or media agencies, without technology or data work
• You prefer a role with large support teams, defined processes and a set playbook. Here, you'll help build them
