We’re looking for a Backend Developer passionate about designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that power AI-driven marketing platforms.
You’ll work closely with architects, data engineers, and AI specialists to build reliable backend services, integrate APIs, and ensure smooth data flow across our technology ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong coding skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for building modern, cloud-based solutions.
Backend Development (70%)
Design, build, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Develop and optimize core backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.
Implement secure and efficient data pipelines that interact with AI/ML models and marketing systems.
Work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud storage (S3, Azure Blob, or GCP).
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through testing, reviews, and documentation.
Cloud & Integration (30%)
Deploy and manage services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Use Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability and resilience.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Bicep).
Support integrations with headless CMS platforms such as Contentstack.
Backend Languages: Python (FastAPI, Flask), Node.js
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB (nice to have)
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
AI & Data Tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, Airbyte, dbt, or Spark (nice to have)
Security & Monitoring: OAuth2/JWT, Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana
Language: Advanced English (daily interaction with international teams)
